Refund and Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with ArdanShield. We strive to provide you with high-quality products, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to request a return or exchange for most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@ardanshield.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and specific instructions for returning your item(s).
  • Securely package your item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs
  • For customers within the UK, we will provide a prepaid return label for returns initiated due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For international customers, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product shipped).

 

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your wish to exchange in your return request. We will send you the replacement item once we have received and inspected the original item.

 

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ardanshield.com We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as necessary.

 

7. Cancellation Rights

If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@ardanshield.com to inform us of your cancellation.
