    We do not provide installation, on-site servicing, electrical certification, fire compliance certification, or regulatory approval unless expressly agreed in writing.

    All installation, configuration, compliance and ongoing maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser or their appointed installer.

    4. Eligibility

    To use our Site and purchase products, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

    5. Products and Availability

    We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing or availability are error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or discontinue products without notice.

    • Non-compliant installations

    We strongly recommend installation by a competent and qualified professional.

    8. Commercial Use

    Where products are used in rental, HMO, hotel or other high-traffic environments, increased wear and maintenance requirements are expected.

    ArdanShield is not responsible for operational losses, business interruption or labour costs arising from product use in commercial environments.

    9. Shipping and Delivery

    We will ship products to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

    10. Returns and Warranty

    Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

    Product defects are governed by our Warranty Policy.

    11. Cloud & Connectivity Services

    Where products integrate with cloud platforms, mobile applications or third-party services, such services are provided independently by external providers.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, remote access availability or compatibility with future third-party updates.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArdanShield shall not be liable for:

    • Loss of revenue or rental income
    • Business interruption
    • Installation or removal labour costs
    • Emergency locksmith fees
    • Indirect or consequential damages

    Our total liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product supplied.
