Yes — it’s designed for standard UK interior door thicknesses of 35–55 mm and works on wooden or metal internal doors.

Do I need a hub or gateway?
Not for a single lock — Wi-Fi is built in via Tuya SmartLife. For managing many rooms or buildings under one dashboard, we can advise on a suitable Tuya-compatible hub.

What if the batteries run out?
Use the emergency USB port to power the keypad temporarily and/or the mechanical key to gain entry, then replace the AA batteries.
