Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
Email us at info@ardanshield.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and next steps. Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault lies with us.
Need a different model or colour? Let us know in your return request. Once we receive your item, we’ll dispatch the replacement promptly.
Received a faulty or damaged smart lock? Contact our UK support team immediately at info@ardanshield.com. We’ll resolve the issue quickly—whether it’s a replacement or a full refund.
