KeyGuard Pro™ is available in two app platform options: TTLock or Tuya. The key box hardware is the same; the difference is the app platform used to manage access.

The TTLock version is ideal if you already use TTLock smart locks or want to manage access through the TTLock ecosystem.

The Tuya version may be suitable for users already using Tuya Smart devices or Tuya-compatible smart home setups.

Please choose the correct version before ordering. App features, gateway support, voice control and remote management depend on the selected platform, compatible gateway and setup.

Bluetooth app control works when you are close to the key box. For remote unlocking, remote management, live access updates or wider smart-home control, a compatible gateway may be required depending on whether you choose the TTLock or Tuya version.

Yes. KeyGuard Pro™ is a smart lock box designed to store physical keys securely while giving you app, PIN, fingerprint, RFID card and backup key access.

Can I use this for Airbnb self check-in?

Yes. KeyGuard Pro™ is ideal for Airbnb and short-let hosts who want guests to collect a key without meeting in person. You can create access codes depending on your setup.

Does it support remote unlocking?

Remote unlocking and remote management may require a compatible gateway depending on the version selected. Bluetooth access works when you are nearby.

Which should I choose: TTLock or Tuya?

Choose TTLock if you already use TTLock smart locks or want to keep everything in the TTLock ecosystem. Choose Tuya if you already use Tuya Smart devices. If unsure, contact us before ordering.

How many keys can it hold?

It can hold house keys, access cards, car keys and approximately 8–10 standard keys depending on key size and shape.

Is it waterproof?

KeyGuard Pro™ is IP66 rated and designed for suitable outdoor use when installed correctly. It should still be positioned sensibly where possible.

What happens if the battery runs out?

The lock box includes low battery alerts where supported and emergency USB power access. A mechanical backup key is also included.

Can I see who opened the key box?

Yes, access records can be viewed through the supported app depending on version and setup.
