Compatible with supported TTLock variants of the models below. Always match the gateway to the platform version of the lock being purchased. TTLock variants require a compatible TTLock gateway. Tuya variants require a compatible Tuya gateway. This gateway does not support Tuya variants.

Do I need a gateway?

For remote access, yes. Without it, your lock will only work via Bluetooth when you are nearby.

How many locks can one gateway support?

Typically up to 8 locks depending on distance and layout.

Can I control locks when away from home?

Yes. The gateway connects your locks to the internet so you can manage access from anywhere.

Where should I place it?

Within 5–30 metres of your lock, depending on walls and signal strength.
